A choice of bungalows, flats, bedsits and shared homes. Any care or support is commissioned separately and delivered by a separate provider.

We identify suitable accommodation and coordinate with the person’s support network.
Property checks, furnishing, utilities and move-in planning are completed.

Our aim is to create accommodation that fits around the person rather than expecting the person to fit around the property.
Genesis Housing can consider furnished short-term accommodation for urgent, transitional or stabilisation needs, subject to availability, suitability, funding and the legal or regulatory requirements applying to the referral.
Accommodation and care/support can be commissioned separately. Genesis provides the housing element; the care provider remains responsible for the commissioned support package.
